Might be good for a short stay but I believe this offered low quality rooms under a 5 star guise. Faucets spit out yellow water from bath and shower, bidet is not great quality, you can hear the neighboring rooms every single word in conversation, no privacy and you can hear all the noise from outside and the staff in the hallways all day. For a city that never sleeps until the sun comes up, it is hard to believe that there is little care given to not disturb people who attend the hotel. Most of the staff was incredible but one night staff reception was rude and could never be bothered to even smile. I unfortunately wish I had better things to say. The restaurant is great and it's a great place to take pics but overall I had more issues with my stay than I like to admit. There is a sewar smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. There was also unfortunately some construction that was quite loud during some of the days of my stay. My last 2 days were mostly disrupted by a loud person on my floor which ruined my stay as I could hear their every interaction in their room at all hours coming through the walls and vents.
