It's beautiful property and place is comfortable and quiet, but the the reception staff is pathetic and racist, this is 2nd time I stayed at this hotel but I don't like the way they treat Indian. Not every person the same and next time am I staying at this property I will never stay there anymore.

The staff are really polite and helpful. They couldn't do enough to help with any situation. The hotel itself needs a refresh but the rooms are clean and comfortable and a decent size. The location is great with easy access to the pier to Koh Larn and other transport. The manager was really amazing helping me with an issue and the breakfast staff were lovely. The breakfast food was nice when it was the ordered option but not the buffet. Overall a very nice stay

A solid 3-star hotel (not 4 stars as listed). It’s very dated, but has good wifi, decent service, relatively clean rooms and facilities, comfortable bed, and very good A/C. It’s also very close, within a short walking distance to restaurants, bars, malls, etc., and also the famous “walking street.” Overall, it’s a good value for your money.

I dont think Aya compares to other 4 star hotels ive stayed in while in Thailand. It is old. It was probably clean, but just looked worn out. Staff was very friendly. King bed was awesome.
