JUST DONT!
Bugs in bathroom, cabinet disgustingly filthy, toilet next floor leaking into bathroom, bathroom door broken, repairs to room poorly constructed, TV- signal unbelievably bad and wifi non existent. Charges thb 500/visitor And no refund or excuse, when leaving early Worst hotel ever in my 10 years traveling to Pattaya

Needs an update
WiFi is terrible but it always has been like that, staff are great, location is good. I stay at this hotel every time because I like the pool side rooms but it is definitely in need of a update for the money you pay

It's gone down hill since our first stay. They lost the pool during our stay. It went from clean and clear to cloudy and green. Still a great location but better value close by.

Internet is no good on/off several of times Booked 3 rooms 2 non smoking and 1 smoke was told at check out to pay a fine due to been smoking on the balcony and was not allowed! Tried to explain to receptionist that we booked for smoking and even asked on check in if it was allowed but she was very rude and just keep repeating that we should book right room if you book a special room and you get your room upon arrival aren’t you expect to get what you order how can l know as a guest!!? And why they let you know AFTER 4 nights not directly… Didn’t put new towels when the clean or paper for toilet also no refil on coffee and tea. Safebox was looked upon arrival told reception but nothing happened for 4 days! Pool was disgusting proper dirty said some filter didn’t work water looked like a hazard, no towels and after rain madrassas were full with water guess the guy sitting in the pool bar that was empty had one job that he did good…sleeping… stayed this hotel before and was very satisfied, this time it was the total opposite, don’t need to bother having me as a guest ever again.

Bad wifi, disconnect from the Internet several times each hour. No good for digital nomad, VPN or VDI SSL connections will not work good. Also the hotel has problem with roaches, you see roaches on all floors. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Being up soi 9 this hotel was much quieter than you usually find in a soi in Pattaya, for which I was very grateful. while the check in crew were obviously tired and grumpy after a stressful day, by morning they were happy and cheerful again. The room was a nice size and comfortable, with the pool right outside. I did not eat here so can not address the food. I would be happy to return here and stay again.

This is my second home when Im in Pattaya . Stayed her many times , and will still use this Hotel . Located in soi 9 a small quite soi . 3 min walk to the beach , 1 min walk to Central Mall . Just round the corner many bars if you like that and many resturant .

Great hotel.
I chose this hotel because it was close to the beach and on a quiet street. 7/11 next door to the hotel and a short walk to the beach and bars. The hotel is showing signs of age. The pool was really nice. We had a pool side room. Air con was pretty good. The safe we eventually got working. Bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Shower head needs replacing the only let down for me was the breakfast which didn’t really cater for European travellers. Coffee and fruit was nice. The staff were really helpful and pleasant and I would stay again.

One night stay was alright. They held luggages for us after checked out too since we don’t flight out til later. But we are unable to eat in their lobby with outside street food. We checked out already, but still waiting for ride. Lobby/door bell boys was nice n always opening doors and assisting us with luggage
