Great staff and location but needs renovation

As with most places, the staff was great and did their best. The problem is the place is old and needs work. The first room they put us in after having to wait until check in time was bad since the air conditioning did not work as well as the room safe. The moved us and we found later that the door does not lock as it can just be pushed open even though the lock was set.

The staff was very rude to me. The toilet was stopped up. I called for a staff member to correct the situation which they never answered the phone. There’s mold in the shower area across my window. They have one vacant building with mold all over the walls on outside.

Nice location but good things stop about there. Had to change room twice to get the confirmed bed setup in a room not infested with cockroaches. Plenty of package tourists.

Okey hotel close to shopping and beach

The hotel was good, nice location and near shoppingcenter and 1 minute to the beach. Breakfast was fine, some omelets ala minute and a few local Thai dishes. The cleaning of the room was not the best, the changed towels and empty the trash every day but can’t say they did more than that.

JUST DONT!

Bugs in bathroom, cabinet disgustingly filthy, toilet next floor leaking into bathroom, bathroom door broken, repairs to room poorly constructed, TV- signal unbelievably bad and wifi non existent. Charges thb 500/visitor And no refund or excuse, when leaving early Worst hotel ever in my 10 years traveling to Pattaya
