Have stayed at several Hotels up and down Jomtien Beach and Coco Beach has been one of the nicer ones, Everything very clean and modern, Nice pool , breakfast was great, will stay there again

Hotel was fine. I had to leave early because of family emergency. I paid at the hotel. They would not refund any money. Said see Expedia. I have left bookings early before where I paid at hotel and never a problem. Usually they would charge a small fee. You can be sure the hotel rented out the room and was double paid for the nights I left early. So disappointed.

A very nice hotel for the price what I did not like was there was only one staff member that I met that spoke English, which I found to be very surprising since the hotel is right across the street from a popular beach and many of their clients were English-speaking.

naja, bei unserer Ankunft war im ganzen Viertel kein Strom, dementsprechend viel auch die Klimaanlage aus, das Licht und alles was halt mit Strom zu tun hat. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein abgewirtschaftetes Hotel mit Investitionsstau. Positiv: ein schöner Pool.

The hotel is in a great location. The pool department is good. The pool bar was never really open. "Platbus" takes 10 baht to the center of Pattaya. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Einmal reicht. Es gibt bestimmt bessere Hotels vor
Okay, der Preis war günstig, aber sonst war das Hotel nicht überzeugend. Das fing schon bei der Zimmerkarte an. Das Zimmer das uns zugeteilt wurde konnten wir öffnen, aber es war bereits belegt. Zahlendreher bei der Zimmerzuteilung. Mit der gleichen Karte, die Zimmernummer des richtigen Zimmers stand auf der Karte, konnten wir dann in das richtige Zimmer. Welche Zimmer wir noch alle hätten öffnen können haben wir nicht ausprobiert, aber es stellte sich die Frage, wie sicher unser Gepäck im Zimmer war. Ansonsten bedarf das Hotel einer ordentlichen Renovierung.

I have to say that this hotel and particularly it’s staff exceeded my expectations by far. From the minute I arrived they went out of length to ensure that you felt like a VIP guest. They provided me with all my requests without any questions or hesitation. The guards at the front gate were exceptionally polite and greeted us with smiles and kindness at all hours. The doormen were so helpful and attentive, always greeting you. I have been to a lot hotels all over the world, really high class and expensive, but I can’t say that I’ve ever had this kind of experience. I felt welcomed and appreciated throughout my entire stay. So kudos to you all for exceptional service and hospitality. If I come back this will be my hotel of choice, no doubt. I wish you all at Coco Beach a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
