Everything about this property is just awesome. The breakfast is made fresh with multiple options. Has several food options near by. Pretty walkable to all happening places like Pattaya Tree Town/ Night Market & famous walking street. Staff are friendly. If i ever go back will definitely book with them

Worst hotel on expedia. Should be 0 The smell from the restaurant permeates into your clothes. I booked 3 nights. I looked in the room and quickly turned around and checked into another hotel. I took a loss but i didnt get any bed bugs. Im never going to stay there, nor recomend.

In summary the hotel is ok, big room and good location near beach. Unfortunately we had a really bad experience, our room filled with toxic smelling fumes and the hallways were filled with the same fumes/smoke soo much so that we couldn’t even see to the end of the hallway. We found out they were doing pest control and fumigation whilst guest are inside the hotel!! They never informed us prior and we had to call the front desk and then physically ask them at the front desk as the staff had no idea it was happening, even when the pest control car was still out front of the hotel… I work in the hotel industry and know how dangerous this is to do with guests inside. We never received an apology or any compensation. This is extremely dangerous and a major health and safety risk. Really really bad experience.

Staff was great but sadly this was not my best experience. There were some really loud and inconsiderate guests yelling at 3 AM. The staff did a great job managing the situation, but the hotel in general was not very quiet. Pool is great though and location also fantastic. Also the TV remote gave me a finger cramp as it was not working well.

Desk Staff was EXCELLENT. Mo,... Supervisor,... was very confident, professional, and ki d. Very impressed on how Mo handled difficulty situation with Unruley guest yet handled very professionally!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Mo ! Actually all front desk staff was professional and Friendly and Courteous. Restaurant also great and professional. I was very impressed with entire staff.

The staff was great. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Being from America the food for breakfast was a bit off putting but most was good. Only complaint i have. Is you serving plates meed to be heated to keep food hot. Just an idea from a restaurant/bar owner. Other than that had a great stay. Keep up the good work.

Horrible hotel…..pictures online are when from new or newly renovated. Rooms are in poor shape. Hotel is overrun by people from India (80%+), loud in the hallways, knocking on doors and no respect for anyone else. Just a horrible place. I wish I could leave 0 star review

Very close to all things you would need, 7 eleven, restaurants, walking street. Very nice facilities. Gym is a little small but good equipment. Housekeeping was phenomenal.

My room smelled a little like overused men’s cologne and I needed to sleep with the window open until the smell had gone. Another issue was the loud younger Indian men making noise in the corridors and their rooms at all hours of the night. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were helpful, the A/C was strong and the room was generally quite clean.
