So what my water stayed lukewarm the whole time never got hot. My room mirror was cracked like someone was in a fight before I got there . The room did not look like pictures. Staff very friendly , very helpful , clean my room everyday .

The golden villa is in a great location, 5 mins on bolt to beach. Hosts are great and very helpful. Shops are close and has a good breakfast place across the road.

Nice convenient to all the attractions 10 baht bus takes you in to town but a special mention for the staff mainly the boys who manned reception we had a few personal issues and they were very professional and human to our problems many thanks to them

It's a basic hotel with a pool and good aircon and WiFi. That's all I expect for the price. The staff are pleasant with enough english skills to communicate effectively. I've stayed here before and will again. Not flash but comfortable 👍

Very Very Nice Little gem away from crazy streets of Pattaya... Really liked the hospitality of this place.. Front desk, owner, staff everyone was soo good... They have total 3 properties in nearby area.. Highly recommended for couples Go for deluxe room with pool view

Great location. Quiet place, everything is within walking distance: 7/11, familymart, laundry, currency exchange. Very friendly staff. Prices approx. The complex itself is a little tired, but for 3 stars it’s super!

This is the worst property and surroundings I’ve ever been recommended by Expedia. I didn’t stay and had to rent another hotel for the whole month. Given that I use Expedia so often, THIS experience has made me question my wisdom on using Expedia every time. I’m now very unhappy AND £466 out of pocket. Ian Hastings.

Everything was ok if you stay only 1 night.
Everything was ok if you plan for a short stay. Easy to find, staffs were friendly and lot of spaces for car park. The hotel is close to the main road so it is a bit noisy, room was outdated very old. Some hairs in the bathroom and towels is a bit smelly.

It's an older style cheap hotel as expected.
I got what I paid for. It's not perfect but the price is reasonable too. The WiFi, the aircon and the pool were great. Two staff had sufficient English. Sure it was older style with lottsa space but few bells or whistles. It's a value for money place that just that. I'd stay there again as I worked for me after being disappointed with the next level of accommodation on offer in the Pattaya Area.
