A little conflicted because while the staff are -in general- very good, there remains a problem with the AC -it does cool the room but does not dehumidify the room. Towels take an eternity to dry; my golf glove was not dry even after 24 hours; there is a ‘dampness’ to the bedding. Same problem when I stayed at this hotel last year. I complained then, it wasn’t fixed. I have to assume if the problem persists, AFTER A FULL YEAR, the staff, or management, are indifferent to the issue. So…good staff, but not excellent. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Executive Lounge staff are very attentive and professional -great views from Executive Lounge.

Very happy! Everything you could want or need is right there. The attached mall was very convenient. Would definitely stay again! Beautiful views from the room and despite the area it was very quiet. Staff was amazing!
