Night security and night Manager on duty during a situation in which we were attacked by locals, the hotel staff failed to protect us and instead forced us to pay a large sum of money to the locals, threatening to call the police if we refused. It is truly unfortunate that I leave Thailand with such a bitter memory. That said, the daytime staff were indeed helpful and attentive.

Had a great stay at the hilton. Room was clean and bed was soft. My only complaint is the tv. This is a super morden hotel and they that these old flat screens come on hilton. No netflix or you tube app. We all know thailand have no channel options for American. Now to be fair the tv had some type of stream from your phone option. But it barely wored, if it wasnt error out it gave you some weird viewing aspect smh. At pount i juat gave up. I know must people dont sit around inntge hotel. But there are rest times where you wannna just chill and watch some you tube.
