This hotel is decent, however compared to a lot of the hotels around quite unremarkable, gym is kind of weak, no towels, and scarce cleaning supplies for the equipment. I am a diamond member but because I booked thru Expedia I had no benefits, I don’t even see points or stay history, so it was like my membership met nothing. wish I would have known that before, would I stay here again, not likely, yeah it was my first time in Thailand but what I know now I can get way more value for my money. Breakfast was fantastic and house keeping was on point…..

Nice Hotel
Is a nice hotel, couldn't remembered is my 4th or 5th stay. Everyone from the front desk to chambermaid are very friendly and approachable. Room are always clean and tidy. The only thing that should be improved will be breakfast, the Q for omelette egg can be pretty annoying and i would also suggest that the bacons on tray than requesting from the cook. The waiting time can be as long as 15min or more for both egg & bacon. Nevertheless, is a good place to stay with a good location to me.

Front desk staff Luknam remembered me from previous stays, and welcomed me by name when I initially approached the desk for check in. She treated me like a rockstar. Housekeeping was attentive to detail and provided amenities in quantity, and in anticipation. The breakfast omelette station chefs remembered my preference after the first day. Another outstanding stay!

Good hotel room with small bathroom
Stay was fine - visiting City and not a resort. One minor complaint is the tiny bathroom - it's small - the shower is barely larger than an airplane toilet. Would I stay in this hotel again? Yes!
