If you’re wondering where to stay in Pattaya, I would definitely recommend Amber hotel. The staff was fantastic. The restaurant was perfect. The room was very nice. I like that. The air conditioner worked really well and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was very clean and people are cleaning all the time. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The room was very quiet. I didn’t hear anything from outside. it would be hard for me not to stay here again I liked it so much.

It was a great stay but in the end i forgot my sandals and some staff that i want to bring back home. The part that they check my room before i leave the hotel and they did not mention anything about the things that i forgot in the room but other than that i was a great stay at this hotel. I will use this facility next time.

First of all the biggest asset this hotel has is its staff. Every staff member is attentive, caring and funny. The hotel just feels luxury, modern, spotlessly clean and quiet. The rooms are very well designed. Plenty of room on the balcony for two. The beds are so, so, so comfortable. I have been visiting Thailand from the 1990's and the beds in this hotel are the best. The shower is separate from the toilet and the wash hand basin is also separate from both toilet and shower. Hot water is plentiful and the shower can be reguIated to your taste easily enough. Ican't tell you anything about the TV channels as I haven't switched it on. The room are cleaned daily and it is a proper clean each day. Lifts do not ping a bell noise when they stop on your floor so no noise even if your room is beside the lift. Fantastic location right close to everything. The two pools are very clean and the water is nice. The breakfast range of food is excellent with plenty of choice. The food taste great. We were meant to leave today but have booked for a further 4 days. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and sound. We are leaving to visit Laos for a week and will definitely be coming back to stay at the Amber as in my humble opinion this is one of the best hotels in Pattaya especially for the price. Rest assured if you book the Amber hotel for your stay you will be well pleased. I can't thank the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
