Not far from tree town, Soi Buakhao...Located just off 3rd rd down a quiet soi... Undergone a tasteful refit and looks pretty tidy throughout. Some younger guest's were just too gobby and noisy. Did not like the smell of cannabis in the evenings so checked out earlier than expected...

Arrived at 9:30 in the morning I was only booked in after 2 o’clock but they sorted me the room out for 1030 great service give me a breakfast tea and coffee unfolding the third time I stayed it was great. It’s in the centre of every word.

Overall everything was fine except your TV - cable or satellite system was the worst ever. Only 4 channels showed up. You need to fix it asap. Other than that it was all good.

This is a great hotel, stayed there a few times now. Normally no problems but unfortunately this time the internet access was quite flaky as was the television service. Also there were a lot less tv channels available this time around. Neither is a massive issue, but seemed unfixable.

Great hotel spoiled by cigarette smoke.

This a very good hotel. Clean, modern, great breakfast buffet. However it is spoiled as it allows smoking in the pool area. Very difficult to not have smoke being blown all over you. Such a shame because otherwise is a top hotel.
