Super friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Room was a bit beat up and very poorly lit. Bathroom is incredibly small. Overall property was clean and safe.

I love staying at Ibis must stay hotel.
Our stay was outstanding stay at the Ibis I would stay again here. Odie was our first interaction as he offered us a balcony room but because my husband was disabled we required a room with a walk in shower odie accommodated our request so quickly. The breakfast was delicious and always had some kind of vegan friendly food which was so good. Location location this hotel is right next to terminal 21 and other shopping and activity area.

The Room was designed for a midget staying one night The toilet roll holder was at floor level?? The "broom" cupboard had no shelves or draws?? The fridge was tucked away under making it necessary to get on your hands an knees to access??
