We were looking forward for this stay and the welcome flowers and wine promised a lot but unfortunately we encountered few major problems and we couldn’t see the hotel staff coming forward to help in resolving or addressing the issues. Bottom line we experienced poor customer service. Here are some of the issues the hotel must improve: 1. Room found to be with very dirty floor (see video) 2. On the outdoor infinity pool we spotted worms on the water edge (see video) 3. The room is worn and had better time 4. The water jammed in the bath sink

ทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่เราจองแบบ VIP จากแอพ ไม่ได้อัพเกรดห้องอะไรค่ะ มีเรื่องติแค่เรื่องเดียว คือสระว่ายน้ำเด็ก รอบๆพื้นลื่นมากๆ มีเด็กเล็กลื่นหัวกระแทกพื้นตอนเราพาลูกเราไปเล่น ตอนจะเลิกเล่น น้องเราก็ลื่นขาฉีก เนื่องจากเป็นพื้นที่ของเด็กเล็ก ทางโรงแรมควรให้ความสำคัญ เอาอะไรที่มันหนืดๆเกาะเท้าได้ดีมาปูรอบๆสระส่วนของเด็กก็ดีค่ะ (ไปศึกษาตามโรงเรียนสอนเด็กเล็กว่ายน้ำได้ค่ะ ว่าเขาให้วัสดุแบบไหนปูรอบสระ) ถ้าไม่ปรับปรุงข้อนี้ วันนึงอาจจะมีเด็กเจ็บตัวถึงขั้นเลือดตกยางออกหรือถึงชีวิตได้นะคะ ผู้ปกครองที่ไปพักเพื่อพาน้องๆไปเล่นน้ำตรงสระเด็ก ต้องระมัดระวังปล่อยเด็กเดินคนเดียวไม่ได้ค่ะ แล้วก็ห้ามวิ่ง ต้องค่อยๆเดิน ขนาดน้องเราใส่รองเท้าอยู่ยังลื่นเลย

The breakfast buffet was second to none. I had little hope for the buffet after the first night's dinner was somewhat of a disappointment but overall, I would eat breakfast there every day. The staff were always respectable and professional and helpful. The ease of access for room service as well as all the other services was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this property as I would love to visit again.
