As I arrived, the entrance and pool view was quite impressive. When checking in, I requested a quiet room, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. My room was quiet, clean, and exactly what I was looking for. Upon my departure, I was stuck with a valet that hadn't shown up for my ride to BKK airport and the staff immediately booked me a ride that came within 15 minutes. Incredible :) Any requests or issues were tended to near immediately, as well! Every time I left to go to grappling or the mall for food or entertainment, the staff were always smiling and friendly whether in the halls or the general reception area. I highly recommend the property and look forward to returning!

Have been there several time before since 2023 I don't know if the change management or owner But staff are not friendly the way before. getting more expensive with poor service. So We supposed to stay extra week they ask almost double the price we decide to find another hotel cheaper closer to the beach better view this is a Deluxe room not like Sabai Sabana.... We will not return to this place anymore

I booked without breakfast and felt it was pointed out that i hadnt but as i dont eat breakfast it wouldnt show that i spent a lot more money by the pool and always left a good tip for both food and cleaning of room apart from that the hotel is faultless
