Great hotel, location and staff, cannot fault it.

Second time staying here and can’t fault it at all. Great location, staff are very polite and helpful. The pool and rooftop bar areas have recently gone a refurb. Very nice luxury feel now compared to what it was last year. Great DJ with a nice summer vibe at the very top pool. The rooms feel a like they have been refreshed from last year. They’ve always been clean and decent but it just felt brighter and a bit more modern which is great. Close to the beach, malls, markets and local attractions.

This is my 3rd stay at Siam @ Siam in the past 4 years. The place used to be great but has gone a little down hill since my last stay. Needs some fresh paint and the grounds where not as well manicured as they where the first time I stayed here 3 years ago. Had issues with the hot water not being hot or just plain cold at times. The breakfast was over priced and not many options. Won’t be back unless they do a remodel. But you can’t beat that rooftop pool.

Good hotel/staff, but cleanliness needs improving!

Location good [i didnt need beach front]. Upon arrival, friendly staff. Shown to room. Had to phone down to change, as not the room i ordered! They swapped it easily (all good). Food excellent (although you can't take an apple or anything from the buffet to your room)? Even if you only have half a breakfast. Canned drinks in the fridge is chargeable. Bottled water free. They change all towels daily, despite putting out washable ones. Strange. Not eco friendly [despite a sign hanging to say save water!]. The room cleaning was poor! Sides not washed. Bath not washed. Dirty glasses, etc, Not vacuumed. Bed was made daily. They changed all 4 pillow cases daily [unnecessary - 2 used ones would do]. Good, but could improve standards a bit. Staff polite and eager to please.

Siam@Siam is one of the best hotels in Pattaya. I recently spent 24 nights at Siam@Siam and got to know the hotel and hotel staff well. The hotel is very cosmopolitan, modern and has a nice vibe/energy throughout. From the moment you walk through the front door, to the exercise room and pool areas the vibe is fun and energetic. You really feel you are on a nice holiday because everyone is happy and enjoying their stay. The rooms are clean and modern with everything you can possibly need. One thing I appreciate the most about staying at Siam@Siam is the sophisticated and festive feeling of being the hotel. I also highly recommend the breakfast at Siam@Siam. Every morning, they had new dishes and will make eggs anyway you wish along with a noodle bar. The breads, Thai food, Indian food, fresh fruit and salads were excellent. I really appreciated the variety of drinks offered. Regarding the staff, the front desk staff of Yo, Maya, Nuy and Nan were top notch and super helpful. They assisted me with future bookings, the check in/out process was quick and easy and they were always there to help. The concierges Bader and Leab were great. Anything assistance I needed I could simply ask them and they would be able to help me out. Upon arrival they handled my bags all the way to the room and upon check out made sure my bags made it to the car. Every time I left or arrived at the hotel they would be there to say HI and wish me a nice day. The breakfast/kitchen staff were
