The staff was very efficent, discret, helpful and professional. The rooftop swimming pool altough amazingly beautiful does not offer many places to sit in the shadow.

Very nice hotel, I had an upgrade room with ocean view and a washing machine in the room, a big plus for a longer stay. The service is great, real clean and the Best location in Pattaya.

It is a nice hotel the staff is great - It was very busy, and the elevators were slow which was different than some of my other visits. I chose to buy the breakfast buffet as part of my reservation, and I would not do that again. The breakfast buffet is not particularly good, not terrible but cold eggs, raw bacon, not a large selection of items just not something I would want to pay for again. The rooms are good size - the pool is small - they have a children's pool and a children's playroom - not of much interest to me but worth mentioning. No room service, at least not that I am aware of and I have been there many times.

I enjoyed the hotel quite a bit.. the room was nice, maintained well and was quite spacious.. The roof pool and bar were nice also.. I missed breakfast just about each day due to lines or delays.. and the bed was pretty hard.otherwise, staff was friendly, grounds were impeccable, common areas were great..
