I’ve been using the BAYVIEW at beach road for almost 3 years every time I visit Pattaya, the location is very convenient located in the hart of all the action, close to everything , mall , walking street , night life . On the top of it all always you get a person that treat you like you the only gust in that hotel , I had a gentleman named Thanawat is a great guy at your service with his personal phone number ( call me anytime if you need any assistance) it doesn’t get better than that .

It’s a decent property but worn down. The entrance of the property is very beautiful and we stayed in the Garden wing which is very outdated. I don’t mind staying in an older property but they should at least supply it with newer beddings and towels. The staff is very wonderful and attentive. We did ask for newer towels as the ones provided in the room were overly used and very worn out that it should be tossed out.
