This is a really good hotel, if you are looking for somewhere central and In The old town then you can't get much better. The staff are really helpful and their English was so good. Obviously given the location you are limited with the room size and amenities but the roof top bar is really good and the pool was ok. Would definitely come back again!

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was attentive and spoke English quite well. Everything was fantastic I enjoyed staying there four nights and it was a perfect Oasis from the beautiful Madness that is Hanoi

My overall experience with Tirant Hotel at Hanoi Old Quarter was exceptional. Just to name a few areas they have impressed me: 1) I was seated comfortably, served a drink and skewer of fruits while the front desk processed my check in. The front desk staff then explained everything I needed to know professionally. Full marks for first impression! 2) Meticulous housekeeping with no visible dust and everything I needed in place. All amenities were well maintained. 3) Breakfast with wide variety of food excellent in both taste and presentation. 4) The warm and attentive service by the hotel’s staff made my experience perfect. Their F&B Manager even got me a cup of ginger tea when he saw me sneezing on my first morning there. I doubt you can find such sincere and personalised service even in international five star hotels. I also wish to thank another of their front desk staff who came to my aid when a GrabBike rider tried cheating me. He handled the situation skilfully and made that rider back off. Tirant Hotel is definitely great value for money, highly recommended for every visitor to Hanoi!

Lovely hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Great location for the old quarter. Great roof top bar and pool. Definitely recommend this hotel

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to all the cool stuff. My fav thing was the pool. Would 100% stay here again

We payed for a night in the bay, but a monsoon cancelled the overnight stay and the 2nd day on the boat. We were moved a hotel in Halong instead but this took several hours, once the Atheana manager turned up things improved but wasn't the 1st class experience we had paid for. I cant recommend it.

Hotel is very new, rooms are stunning and the staff kindness and always ready to help are the stars of the property. Always ready to help, provide advice on tours and anything you may need in Hanoi. Perfect location on a quieter street in the Old Quarter and in walking distance to the French Quarter and other districts. Amazing food and roof top bar ! Spa services great too. Thomas, Rose, thank you for making our 10 days a magical and a perfect trip! ❤️

Loved my stay! Clean & best staff
