Pulled in and it's person-less check in. I knew that, so no concerns, just like most timeshares. But no one would respond. Response came a half hour later and we got in the room. Very basic, but we paid for that. No remote was the tough part. Texted about it, said one would come, blamed the prior guest and not the cleaning crew who could have noted there was no remote. So, no one ever came. No cable is fine, I had apps I could use with the Roku, but we couldn't access them and that made for a boring stay and we heard every little sound through the walls as a result. We won't be back, but if the place is to maintain, they have to provide better service than AI generated responses and no follow through.
