For a suite, the room was pretty small. The gas fireplace, even shut off, was giving off heat making the room SO hot it was impossible to sleep. There was a potable A/C in the room but it was so loud you couldn’t have it in while you sleep. The pullout bed mattress was awful. The outside of the hotel was so dirty and needing attention. The hall carpets including the elevator need to be clean. The hotel in general is starting to smell like an old dirty hotel. Sad, because this used to be such a nice hotel. The staff was still some of the nicest around.

It seemed to be a crew hotel. Hallways & elevator dirty with mud and dust. Rooms were clean. The walls are thin so any noise seemed like it was a lot of noise.

when i entered my room the temperature was almost 30degrees c after running the ac for four hours it dropped to 25 and i had to turn off the ac as it was very noisy. The hallway on the fourth floor was also very hot.

The fire place in the room was great! Don't be fooled by the "boxed breakfast". It's not a tiny box with a muffin in it, there are actually lots of options and it's good!

The staff here are so friendly and ready to accommodate requests with a smile. Especially a lady named 'Dom'...if I had a business I would attempt to steal her from your hotel. She is gold as you probably already know. Do what it takes to keep this one on staff👍
