This cabin is very close to the Grand Canyon skywalk - which is a bit out of the way. I enjoyed the rustic cabins and the canyon views. It had air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. However, there is only one restaurant nearby that closes early, so plan for that.

Went to check in and was told we had to buy $91.00 access for skywalk and cheesy 50 second zipline. 1 ticket included with stay and $182 for 2 of us. I told her we did not want the tickets and just want to enjoy the area. Clerk said purchase is mandatory or we have to leave the property as this is an Indian reservation and it is explained on their website. It is not on the website so that was a lie. I asked why we can't just stay as the room is paid for with no refund available. She again told us we have to leave or buy the tickets. I bought the tickets but this should be upfront on the website. So we loose $155 for one nights stay or pay$182 to keep our room. Bait and switch pure and simple.

Die cabins sind nicht gut ausgestattet. Schöner Raum für Kleidung. Aber kein einziger Kleiderbügel. Ein Tisch fehlt auch. Wir hatten das an der Rezeption angesprochen, dies ist bekannt. Wir fragen uns, warum dann nichts geändert wird.

Bedding is very poor. You can feel the coil and when you sit or turn make so much noise. Can’t sleep all night. Have to check out and book another hotel. Call receptionist, no one answered. Left message, no one returned my call.

Great place to stay. Not much to do around besides Grand Canyon west. We did all day at canyon west and came back watched sun set. The stars were amazing at night about 1 am.

It was a disappointing experience. The address provided was not the actual location of the cabin—it was two hours away from where we were told. When we asked the front desk about it, they said they always use that same address. We didn’t arrive at the cabin until 11 PM, and we had kids with us.

We loved the rustic, clean and comfortable setting! We had the end cabin and our view was spectacular! It is very close to helicopter pad and west rim entrance. Wish the restaurant stayed open past 5.30 and had more variety…but we managed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The view of the Grand Canyon was crazy cool. The cabin a rustic feel. Could have upgraded the coffee machine. Ours was missing the top of it and unfortunately the cafe is not open until 8:30. When we first got there in early May, we were alone at the location, except for staff. Wondered what I got myself into. Because of the rain, we didn’t get to sit on the porch admiring the view, so upgraded to a room w TV. Unfortunately the office had very little knowledge on how to operate. The Network setting option just spins. Finally unplugged as a reboot and eventually was able to connect their WiFi. No regular tv programming. Must use Netflix, etc… This is also considered stop #3 to view the Grand Canyon.

My wife and I were very pleased with the cabins at Grand Canyon West. We arrived late because of a delayed flight and the security officer was very kind and helpful to get us checked in and situated. I would highly recommend this property for your future stays to Grand Canyon West. You will not be disappointed.

Grand Canyon cabins

Gorgeous views. Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin which was big enough as 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite. Has a microwave and coffee machine with paper cups and fridge. Reception, a shop and 1 restaurant on site but problem is they were shutting when we arrived at 5.30pm so nowhere to eat. If we had known we would have brought sandwiches with us as the nearest petrol station was 45 min each way drive. Thankfully open at 7pm but would have had nothing to eat if they'd been shut. Even though there's a microwave there's no plates, cutlery or kitchen equipment. Feel we should have had some communication beforehand so we could have been prepared for this. Even though the address says Peach Springs it's nowhere near there and sat nav said it was 40 miles away from Peach Springs. Sat nav took us across a desert road which wasn't tarmacced. Not suitable for anything lower than a suv. Woke up at 5.15am to walk 1.5 miles to Canyon to see sunrise which was beautiful

Loved the view from our cabin. Laundry facilities would be a great addition. Our Cabin was clean and very comfortable. Being disconnected from our phone's , internet and boob tube (TV ) felt strange , but we survived. We enjoyed the facilities that were open during our visit. (Pre-Season / Early May). The privilege of entering the reservation and visiting the Grand Canyon's West Ridge was SPECTACULR Thank You
