The room had a pretty bad smell to it. The bedding was dirty in the air condition didn’t work when we got to the room and they couldn’t swap our room nor give us a refund. We stayed in the room about 45 minutes and left it was a waste of money in a really bad area. I grew up in Jackson Mississippi in this area, pearl, has gotten worse I would not recommend for anyone strange people walking around the hotel and inside.

The room was clean; however, it was extremely noisy. People were loud and jumping above us, running in the halls all between 10:00 pm and 2:00 am. Would not stay here again.
