Amazing place and amazing service minded staff. We lost our wallet in a buss and the reception desk staff turn every thing to get into contact with the buss company and the next day we had our wallet. So nice and its quite in city center as well. Recommend for families! :)

We stayed 2 nights here. The hotel, staff and breakfast deserve the high praise. Everything is excellent. The breakfast was a huge platter of meats, cheeses, fruits, jams, spreads, etc. plus lots of fresh bread, boiled eggs and tea/coffee, just for the 2 of us. Our room was comfortable and nice but small. The internet was excellent. There is inexpensive public parking nearby. We'd definitely stay there again.

Lovely spacious room. All staff at reception, restaurant and room maintenance were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Amazing hotel. Don’t think twice book here if coming to Pristina. The gym and spa area is professional modern and beautiful. Free on site parking. Perfect location. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Large bathrooms. Staff amazing and accommodating. Have late check out with no hassle. Amazing hotel and staff. The highlight of Pristina for sure. Would highly recommend and stay again.
