Had an issue with our room (bed bugs) but the staff was very accommodating and upgraded our room and offered free laundry services if needed. I would have like to gotten a little more than just a room upgrade however, considering we weren’t taking any risk of bringing those things home with use and so disposed of our luggage and my fav purse 😢. I’m sure Hilton Rewards will compensate somehow. Waiting to hear back from them. Oh and the room we were moved to didn’t have any bugs!

This was the second time we stayed here. They were working on the walkway between the hotel and the casino, so we had to walk outside to the casino, but it's so close that it wasn't bad at all. The breakfast was good, everything was hot and what you would expect from a complimentary breakfast buffet. The beds are so comfy and the room was clean. We will definitely stay here again.
