Nice, clean, comfortable quiet room. Loved the easy access to a very nice shopping mall by elevator. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.👍

All great

The staff was simply amazing. We needed a break from the City and found this to be such a gem. We will be coming back for sure

All communication was in Portuguese and through Expedia which delayed our ability to communicate effectively. That impacted our understanding of their policy to check in at 3pm or inform them before that time resulted in not knowing we lost our room with no refund when we arrived at 11:30pm right from airport. We called the company and language barrier was an issue, make sure to be prepared.

Recomendo super !
