They were not ready for our arrival. The hotel was locked behind bars when we came. They let us wait for additional 30 min to explain that we prepaid for the room. They still wanted us to pay. No water for drinking. The bathroom was clogged.

Nice large room, bathroom and bed. Staff helpful, breakfast was good

Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel! Great- facilities ia a wonderful location, the staff was friendly- and helpful and the breakfast was great! They also have a storage room which we made use of when we wanted to travel light.

An amazing hotel close enough to the center of the old town without being in the middle of everything. A beautiful building and our room was great!
