Hotel was not accepting the booking made under Expedia and rejected my check-in on the spot quoting that I did not paid the full amount when I did. Hotel was asking for extra Cash upon check-in or else i will not get the room. Called to OYO for help but service attitude was rude & bad. Only know how to push the matter back and forth to Expedia and OYO Finance team! Payment settlement matters should be the problem between Hotel & Expedia but ended up staying guest have to bare for the consequences. No cancellation and refund was allowed for the Expedia booking and no refund was allowed for Cash Payment as well. So guest were forced to pay extra money in order to get checked-in successfully! Which is totally ridiculous!
