Good overall
Hot breakfast, however, not enough number of items. One day they ran out of boiled eggs, another day they ran out of sausage patties. Bath tub was slippery. Everything else was good. It's pricey for the geographic location but the best option by far in that town.

We were recommended to stay at this property when we were in Knoxville, IA to visit the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum. It was very clean and comfortable and was all we needed. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was a little on the cool side for us but the jacuzzi was nice and hot. There is no restaurant but a good breakfast was provided with at least one hot item ie eggs & bacon. Arriving on a Sunday when every restaurant option was closed we had to settle for pizza from one of the local gas stations. But we did enjoy the BBQ restaurant across from the Museum on Monday night. A visit to the nearby Dutch village of Pella is worthwhile.

We were impressed with the friendliness of the employees and cleanliness of the hotel. Only complaint is the tv wouldn’t connect to any channels and it was late when we discovered it wouldn’t work.

We had a great stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The room had everything wer needed plus. The breakfast was one of th best I have ever had in a hotel.
