Fairly clean, terrible staff. Stayed one other time (staff was terrible), thought I'd give it a second shot. It only reconfirmed my thought from first visit. One day I tried calling the front desk for 2 HOURS and no one would answer.

The hotel is nice, and I've stayed there many times. Recently, the house keeping service is disappointing. In the most recent stay, I left for the day only to return to discover the room had not been made up. The "do not disturb" sign was NOT on the door while I was gone. This happened two days in a row and also when I stayed in June. In fairness, they did make up the room even though on one occasion the house keepers had gone for the day. Still not what I would expect from a $150+ per night stay.

This property was so clean and well kept up. We stayed here 2 nights and i would have enjoyed more. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their is a DQ in walking distance and downtown Pella is a short drive with restaurants, shopping, and parks
