Stayed in room with 2 queen beds. At night, traffic was minimal so it was very quiet, also didn’t hear anyone on either side of us. Staff was extremely friendly, made sure we were looked after. Rooms were recently renovated. Beds very comfortable. Best motel I’ve ever stayed in, would be happy to stay again.

Second stay at Champlain Motel with my husband and our dog. Prompt and friendly service. We were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchenette at no extra charge. Comfortable beds. Very clean and I always appreciate when hotel/motel rooms does not have carpet. We enjoyed the use of the Barbeque they provided for their guest.

This unassuming motor hotel had a small kitchenette, and dining area in the room. The room and bathroom were clean, and a/c worked well. Despite being on a main street we did not hear any noise. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

I spilled some water on the floor in front of the fridge so I wiped it up with toilet paper and the paper was black after wiping. We took a walk around to the backyard and it looked like a sketchy area. Operators were very pleasant and helpful. It was quiet mostly because of good neighbours.

This was my second stay at this location. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Met my needs for a basic overnight sleep without breaking the bank.

Very disappointed! Upon arriving at the motel our King bed room that we reserved and paid for was not available. Waking the next morning went to take shower and we only had one bath towel for two people , front desk people weren’t available to get another towel. Very noisy air conditioner. Rooms were clean and the area was nice.
