The front desk staff are excellent. I requested a ground floor room and they were accommodating. The pool is nice, no towels though. I would give this place a 5 star except they really need new bedding, clean but very old and worn. Great location.

The hotel was fine. We were in town for a family birthday celebration at a restaurant across the road. I called ahead to see if there would be a place to invite guests for a drink after dinner and was told there was a restaurant and a bar onsite. When we checked in, we found out that both those amenities were closed on Sunday. That was a disappointment.

The hotel itself was pretty nice, however, the person at the front desk was not very helpful. I reserved a cot and they said I couldn't have one which really altered our experience. I could have brought my own if they were going to refuse me one. In addition, the heat did not work in our room and only blew out cold air. We froze. The man at the desk in the morning was very nice. Breakfast was decent, but don't eat the sausages.

Front desk was not receptive to any changes or request. Coffee and breakfast was put out way early and area was cold on inviting. I rather stay back at quality suites in Petawawa as staff was excellent. Staff at this place don’t seem to like their jobs and don’t want to be bother was my impression .

The room was dirty. Sink and bathtub/shower did not look clean, hairs and dirt in the tub. Stains and dirt on the walls, ceiling, furniture. The floors were filthy. I had to wear my shoes in the room. There were beads from a kids bracelet, food crumbs, hairs. I asked for my floors and bathroom to be cleaned. But they only made the bed. The bed was comfy and clean linens. That’s why I left one star. No channels on tv and could not connect to my laptop. Restaurant hours were non existent. Open when it wanted to be. There was cigarette wrappers in the elevator for the 4 nights of my stay. The windows did not open. Zero fresh air. It was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
