When I arrived at the property they didn’t have the room I booked available my twin granddaughters had to share a cot to sleep on they never offered a discount or any compensation. I will never stay there again!

Overall it worked great as our home base for hitting various hiking trails in the area. Quiet ,convenient and nice pool and hot showers after a long day of hiking. Only thing i didnt like was our room swipe key was programmed to stop on sunday even though we were booked til monday. Had to make a trip back to the desk to fix it when i shouldnt have needed to.

One of the best stays I've recently had at a hotel. The accumulation of the little things made it enjoyable. All lights and sockets worked, soft and firm pillows (embroidered right into the covers so you know which is which), a city guide that was actually useful, and a decent breakfast selection.

Clean facility, it was located further away from everything which depending on what you prefer could be a benefit. Nothing surrounding the area that was within walking distance. Check in and check out was easy. Had a small inconvenience with my room not registering in the system and had someone else come into the room. This was quickly rectified and a new card was brought up to me after my card deactivated and wouldn't let me back in the room. Breakfast was very basic (baked goods, hot food and some fruit). It would've been nice to have more fruit or dairy options for guests on the go.
