Location of the apartments did not correspond to advertised. They advertised central part of Scarborough in 0.1 mile from Botanical gardens. Really they are not in Scarborough. The apartments are located in residential area 10 miles from downtown. No attractions, food, shopping or beaches were in walking distance. Even for dinner we needed to call taxi. The phone number provided by the apartments at booking was disconnected. We needed to call to hotels.com for assistance. The key from the door did not fit and we were unable to lock the door. There were no towels in the apartment. We were fully disappointed by unexpected location and poor service.

The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago.

The room was clean and comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. The room had a little balcony with a view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and the amenities were excellent. Would definitely be back.

Lovely staff, ideal location - short walk to airport, restaurants, and beach (although a free shuttle bus was supplied for three different beaches twice a day). Pool was good too
