Quick overnight stay parking was limited. Power went off in the middle of the night no back up system so at 7:30 am there was no hot water to take a shower. When spoke to the staff member st the desk her response was indifferent to the problem and said if I waited they would eventually have hot water.

Stayed for the roundup. Hotel was clean and up to date. Room was comfortable. Slept well. Only issue was a noisy heater/fan that was distracting when we were sleeping. We paid a lot of money to stay during this event and I like it quiet when I sleep. Breakfast was good- lots of selections. Will return.

We traveled all day and were looking forward to going to the pool with the kids since they've been in the car so long but the pool was shut down for cleaning. The front desk attendant suggested we go to the Red Lyon. The room we booked was a one bedroom to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. The Red Lyon didn't have a one bedroom unit. The kids were very disappointed and hoped it would be available in the morning but the pool cleaner didn't show up so no pool.
