The hotel was a great value. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was OK, not great, nice refrigerator, no microwave. The staff were friendly. The housekeepers were great, overall it was a great value. The only real concern we had was the amount of homeless people in the area, especially right across the street.

The customer service was top notch from the moment we checked in until we checked out! Friendly, polite and helpful staff. The room was so pretty! Everything was neat and tidy. We were really impressed with the price for such a nice place! Would stay here again.

Not to be missed!

Over the last decade, have stayed at just about every hotel/motel located downtown Pendelton during round up and frankly, none have matched this Inn in regards to hospitality and patience. We had the unfortunate incidence of accidental double bookings, one cancellation and poor communication via hotels.com. Despite all of that and it being the busiest weekend of the year, dear Rom and the rest of the team handled our booking (and worked out the subsequent mess) with aplomb. Would happily stay here again during round up or otherwise. The rooms are clean, updated, and basic without being depressing. I appreciated every minute of our stay. Let r buck!

It’s like filthy…. The flush didn’t work good When I woke up in the morning there were rashes all over my body, probably bed bugs. A homeless person was sleeping infront of my door.

This property smelled like old smoke, the bedding had stains and the carpet was full of crumbs. I would not recommend. And checking in late was a hit of a hassle, no phone number and the answering service couldn’t even get a hold of the front desk.
