Great experience. The staff was very helpful and the room was excellent. The room was spacious and nicely remodeled. There was a large desk and chair and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, bed comfortable, and everything was in good order and they anticipated our needs right up to including toothbrush and toothpaste! The only thing that was difficult is they have two steps leading to room. Made it difficult for older or handicap access. Over all we would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone stopping in Pendleton. Great stay.

This is exactly the hotel you'd expect to get for the price paid. It was clean and the front desk staff was nice. We were able to walk to downtown Pendleton for dinner and drinks. The ONLY downside was all the noise, from the street, from the water running next door, etc... but you're bound to get thin walls in a hotel like this. I'd ABSOLUTELY choose to stay here again, especially for the cost and the availability for our last minute booking!

Very cheap, but also very clean, very accessible, and very polite staff. Had toothbrushes, q-tips, and other toiletries available for use in room. Also had great wheelchair accessible rooms. That's not always a given. I don't need a wheelchair accessible room, I just think they're a good idea.

I never made it to Pendelton, there was a bad storm and I didn't make it that far. I had insurance on the room but I couldn't get anyone to help me. The hotel was terrible and mean. When I tried to get a hold of expedia nobody would help me. It was hard to understand them. So much for buying insurance for the trip.
