Everything about the motel, the cleanliness of the room, etc. is 5 star per usual. The ONLY reason I am giving it a 4 star rating, FOR THIS TRIP ONLY, was because there are issues with the water heater. I arrived on Tuesday and didn't have any hot water until I left Thursday morning. Only one of the staff members knew how to 'fix' it, at least temporarily, so we could have hot water from time to time, and of course he only worked certain hours. He was, though, very helpful and courteous! They are apparently working on changing out the entire hot water system, so I know it's temporary. I always stay here when I'm in Pendleton for work, and I will continue to do so. I'll just call ahead next time to see if there are any issues.

The room with two queen beds were clean, and basic bathrooms, towels clean, shower was clean and no spots. Bed was made and mattress appeared clean fresh. Tv was clear color 40 inch. The floors clean, the heater worked. The doors locked and WiFi worked.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Only downside was the small gap around the door, my suggestion would be to have the doors sealed properly. Other than that, no issues with our room or our stay.

Room was small, but how much space do you really need? I thought the room was clean and smelled good. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were fantastic! I would only suggest more pillows in the room. The staff was friendly and the manager was wonderful to talk to. She really treated us special, like we were wanted there. We felt very secure and safe. This motel 6 was probably the best one I have stayed in.
