Most of the hotel seems to be unused. There's no restaurant, laundry didn't work, and TV is terrible. The channel lineup is mostly infomercials and pretty unbearable to watch.

Just terrible....period.
If you want a place that hasn't been updated in years, has no breakfast, boasts a restaurant, bar and lounge that isn't open, rooms with mold in the shower, and a terrible bed, this is a place for you! I will never stay here again.

Way past its glory
Red Lion Inn use to be a chain of hotels. This one’s stuck in the early 90’s. When you enter the hallways the musty smell hits you in the face. Beds need replacements, soft due to usage. Place could use a remodel.

Pretty good overall.
This hotel is clean, but is getting old and could use some paint in the bathrooms as tge ceilings are getting stained and a little grungy looking. Check in was fine, particularily as it related to the young man working with us. The other lady however, was not very welcoming to her guests, in that she didnt greet anyone with a smile, and when telling guests the rules, she was gruff and more nossy than friendly and welcoming.

I booked thru Hotels.com app. We have stayed at this property several times. We snowbird between Phoenix and Seattle. When we checked in is when I found out there wasn’t a breakfast included anymore. It was the reason we picked this property and paid a little extra for that offer. Also, it’s pet friendly and have easy access to outside.

The restaurant is closed. It’s been closed for quite some time. Their pools closed and been closed for quite some time so there’s nothing to do except sitting in your room.

The facility needed lots of upgrading and fixes. Tears on chairs tried to fix with duck tape but was not holding. Towel bar fell off wall when I reached for a hand towel. Carpet and padding cut out so door could close. Found a pillow case laying on floor behind lounge chair. Lots of age related things need attending to!

Price matches rooms but great staff
Hotel is old so a bit run down. If you are sensitive to old smoke smell this will not be for you. Could smell it even though no smoking for years in the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Room was convenient and good for the price. Restaurant not available or pool.

Staff was kind and helpful. Everything was clean and seemed well-maintained. The hotel itself is a bit dated. My pillows were some of worst I’ve had at a hotel. The shower ceiling was barely tall enough for me at 6’ and the shower head was at my chin and plumbed backward. No coffee maker in room and I was told lobby coffee was only available until 8:00 am or “until it runs out.” No coffee shops nearby and hotel restaurant was closed. Still, for the price it was a good value for a nice room overall.
