The shower had hair in the tub, so it appeared it had not been cleaned. The chair was disgusting so we sat on the bed to watch TV. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the location is very convenient.

Our door was left ajar when we had been gone all day and the maid went in and made one bed, did not take out trash or vacuum. There was no door sign to indicate we did not want room service.

Easy access to the interstate. AC did not work in the first room we checked into but the staff was very accommodating and moved us across the hall. Screens on the windows need to be replaced in the pool area and cigarette butts littered the outdoor seating area. Breakfast was minimal but enough to start your day.

We walked into our room and there was potato chips all over the floor with Chapstick laying on the floor. I called the front desk and told her about the situation and she says well we could move your rooms and I said I don’t even know if these beds have been cleaned if the floor has been cleaned and all she said was, I would hope so but I can’t guarantee! So we changed rooms!

It was a bed to sleep in but not much more. Maintenance has not been done for a long time and the last time they did any they painted over the dirt and grime. For as much as they charge for a room I'd expect better maintained facilities and a better breakfast.

They gave us a ADA room. When we asked to be reassigned they could not accommodate. It had an exterior door that daylight came thru and had a huge gap at the floor level. Room has had multiple repairs by a backyard handyman who clearly did things the cheapest way possible. Bed was not level and head-downhill. Plus very uncomfortable. For the money they charged per night, I expect a lot more. Horrible staff experience and terrible property. Would not recommend.
