First time staying in Ungasan, and I absolutely loved it. Such a romantic place—it truly feels like home. I looked forward to coming back to this atmosphere every day. The staff are incredibly warm and accommodating. The place itself is beautiful, with a stunning view that makes you feel like you’re on top of the mountain. The location is also very accessible. Everything just feels right. I will definitely come back and would love to try other Kirana branches as well. 💖

Beautiful view of the ocean. Would have liked to see some plants rather than the concrete directly in front of the ocean view rooms. Very comfortable room. Staff were absolutely lovely. Pool looked well kept.

Room was beautiful with a garden view and in earshot of the pool and the DJ. One afternoon I was sleeping and the DJ woke me up with an amazing set. I danced outside in my robe while the ladies at the pool encouraged me to join them lol! It was a good time! The biohacking facility was good and the Bath area was fantastic. The hotel is connected to a gym and pool.resort club but there is a separate area just for hotel guests. The vegan fare was ok with breakfasts being my best meals! Overall it was a great stay and I even met Russell Simmons after his hot yoga session! Would stay again and recommend!

Very comfortable stay at the villa resort for 1 night. The facilities were excellent, the only downside is the food didn't match as the food was adequate, but not in keeping with the luxurious facilities.
