Our comforter had mold on it. The lamp was broken, the outlets were falling out of the wall, and the air conditioner sucked, oh and the bath drain was broken.

Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay. It was comfortable and the staff were polite. My only complaints are our room was right next to the office, across from the elevator and banquet hall where breakfast is held, so there was a lot of noise very early in the morning. Also, checkout was at 11:00 am but housekeeping knocked on our room door twice- once at 9:00 am, and again at 10:00 am which made us feel rushed to leave earlier than our checkout time. Lastly, our bathroom was dirty and extremely small. The drain was a bit clogged so the tub filled as we showered.

If I could give zero stars I would! The hallways and elevator were extremely hot and had a horrible odor. The floors in my room were dirty. Unbelievable amount of noise coming from rooms when trying to sleep. When traveling we always stay where there’s a stove because we enjoy cooking. Stove did not work. I called the front desk once and went directly to the front desk to twice. Complained a total of 3 times. I was never called back, maintenance never came, a new room wasn’t assigned no help at all. Money wasted on groceries for nothing!!! And a waste of money on this room!
