The kitchenette sink was not properly installed and the handle for the sink was missing! The shower bar was loose as the shower curtain didn't close properly! The room smelled very musky. The location was VERY EXCEPTIONAL for my stay!! I DO PLAN ON STAYING THERE AGAIN! The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my stay!!! Very close to all your shopping needs and couldn't be Happier with the location!!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious Breakfast!
The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. After a few travel and weather hiccups, we called and were told we could check in early (12:15). The hotel seemed clean and fresh, the elevator was efficient, the room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom seemed sanitized. Breakfast had normal things like bagels, muffins, yogurts, and fruit. They also had cheese omelets and sausage patties. The waffles were handsdown my favorite part. They had regular and strawberry batter, but strawberry was my favorite. Close enough to the Naval base to hear and see the Blue Angels rehearse. I would definitely stay here again.

The room had roaches. I was very upset. I didn’t get no sleep because of the roaches. Called to talk to the manager for like four day straight no call back. They had the nerves to tell me he’s busy he’ll get back with me when he can very unprofessional! I think I should get my money back

We had a very nice king size bed unit booked for 2 nights. However, after returning in the afternoon after our first night we found that our keys had been deactivated and we had to go to the desk to get them turned back on. The toiletries had not been replenished, nor had the toilet papers or some of the towels. The breakfast was outstanding with cheese omelets and sausage, 2 different types of waffle batter, pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruit, bagels, etc. The room for eating was very large and kept clean. I would stay here again. Very convenient if you are going to the museum and/or Blue Angels practice at the naval air station. You can walk next door to a Mexican restaurant, but it is only on the average level. Between the hotel and the NAS is a BBQ place called Brothers. That was excellent.

I left my jacket in the closet; shortly after I checked out I called to go and pick up my jacket and The lazy receptionist at the desk stated that they had no one at the facility to go up and check my room for my jacket left behind, and that there was other occupants now in the room there was no sign of a jacket when cleaning apparently went up.
