I was not inform that there is additional cost for parking. I received a $40 credit card charge at 3am in the morning. When I check in, I was not told that parking were not included.

BOOKED 5 NIGHT STAY ON HOTELS.COM. THEY CHECKED ME OUT 2 TIMES DURING THE 5 NIGHT STAY. I NEVER GOT A STRAIGHT ANSWER WHY THEY DID IT. MY GUESS IS PROBABLY TO CHARGE MORE. MAKE SURE TO COMMUNICATE WELL WITH FRONT DESK. ALSO ONLY CLEANED/CAME IN ROOM ONCE DURING THE 5 NIGHT STAY. I WILL DEFINTELY STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME I AM VISITING PENSACOLA AREA.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. When I checked in I was told that there would be a charge of $10 for parking... Which was initiated by the new owner. This location is not in the downtown area nor is it close to the airport which usually dictates that. This is an older Courtyard and not in any kind of special district. They really need to advise all of that at a time. Also, the parking lot did not have adequate lighting and I felt a little nervous about getting in and out of my car in the dark. Anyone would expect more out of a Marriott branded hotel.

The Bistro, Bar, and Starbucks were barely that! Very disappointing. Besides housekeeping and ONE of the front desk workers, the staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. I even caught 2 of the staff talking about some of the people in the front area saying how “weird” they were. So unprofessional!
