Excellent location for all. Near enough to the beach and very close to downtown. Clean, updated and the television had a spectacular picture. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were “hotel pillows” so bring your own. Breakfast was great.

Room smelled funny like chemicals to hide pet odor. Beds were comfortable location kind of sketchy . TV was big, parking was steep.

Not bad for a quick overnight stay. For $100 coffee would have been nice. Everything was out when I went to their "light" continental breakfast. If you want extras you may want to look around.

The room was clean and the property was quiet and convenient to many things in the downtown historic area of Pensacola! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Will use again in the future.

The only complaint is our room smelled musty but everything was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice.
