I had stayed at this property a few times in the past and am disappointed that the maintenance of the property is poor! My room had several broken electrical receptacles with exposed wiring. There were lighting wiring that were rubbing against one of the beds and the wire was "taped" rather than addressing the issue. The lamps were rusting and the shades were stained. The rubber bumper in the bathroom was severely damaged and mold was present. The surround of the tub needed caulking and both the sink and tub drains backed up when used. The room was clean and the fridge and TV worked well.

Our stay was pretty nice. The only major complaint I have and i dont know if its due to what state we were in or if its the room its self. The room stayed damp the whole time. Our clothes were damp even the ones in our suit cases. Our beds even felt damp. Other than that. Everything was good. We stayed 3 days and had clean towels everyday and our trash was changed everyday also. Check-in was pretty easy. Location was perfect because we didnt have to go far to get whatever we needs. If ever back in that part of Florida will definitely book that same hotel again

Close to Navarre Beach, but no sidewalks along US-98 was inconvenient for pedestrians. However, that isn't the fault of Days Inn.

Room walls pretty thin. Cars park very close to the room doors so some exhaust can filter into the room. Difficult to sleep in since the cars starting at 6 am are pretty noisy. Location is great. Staff is pretty friendly. Amenities are sparse but in line with the overall room cost. I would stay again but would request a second floor room.
