When we entered the room it was smelling very bad. Requested another room other one was better but still smelling. And there was a roche on the floor. When I check the towels, they were dirty. They chat with new ones.

I had to ding them for the squeak the bed made ANYTIME you moved and the bedside outlet was so worn out I couldn't use my CPAP machine.

Overall, the stay was okay. It was clean, I can say that, but the biggest issue was the humidity on the room we stayed in. Incredibly more humid than the rest of the property. Otherwise, nothing else super negative to say about the hotel. Cat. Complain about the price

Mold in the bathroom, mildew everywhere else. Remote batteries were glued by tape, refrigerator doesn’t work. Breakfast had limited options.

The employees were great. The hotel said smoke free, it’s not, someone was smoking marijuana. Do not disturb sign wasn’t available. The room/ bathroom could have been cleaned better. The breakfast was limited, no fruit or yogurt. If this property would just get the basics operational procedures right it had the potential to be great.

After a bad experience in another hotel, we arrived here and it was great arriving at a place that felt safe and clean. The only thing I would change is the breakfast. I feel it was incomplete, not many options. But the waffles were really good.

The lady who checked me in was super sweet and really friendly. However, my TV didn’t work no matter what I did. Half the cables weren’t plugged in but even plugging them in it didn’t work. There were stains on curtains, towels, washcloths, etc. There were dead bugs on the floor that were so dried out there’s no telling how long they have been there. Someone tried to break into my room about an hour after I arrived. Then someone kept knocking on my door but when I would check, no one would be out there. Breakfast was a joke but there is a Waffle House in walking distance. All around terrible experience. Pay the extra $50 and stay somewhere nicer and safer.

The lady yhat checked us in was amazing. We stayed there the week before on our way to our final vacation spot. She was great both times! So nice to my 3 year old son who had been in the car for a long time.
