Close to beach walking trails food and room coziness plus ourdoor picnic tables front porch has chairs string lights around the grill area water fountain feature brings peace near pool. And firepit. Awesome for the r&r Happy camper:)

Gulf breeze is a nice little area and the inn appears nice from the road. We arrived at 8pm and needed to call for the desk clerk. He sounded inconvenienced by our arrival. There was a large group of noisy people towards the back of the inn and they made us uncomfortable. The room was clean but the bathroom either had a window that wasnt sealed well or a vent that allowed outside air in as it smelled like weed that night and cigarette smoke in the morning. The bathroom light was also motion activated which was fine until you tried to shower. The light would go off as you showered. We left at 8 the next morning and again there was no one at the desk so we just used the key drop.

We stay here every time we come here this place is amazing it's very artistic very eclectic the people that run the place are some of the nicest and best people I've ever met they're very accommodating the rooms are newly remodeled and very nice it's very quiet right by the beach absolutely amazing place to stay and once again can never say enough about how great the staff is here

*Awesome location *Wi-Fi networks were available but could not connect (Password from front desk was a fail) *Construction material odor in the bathroom was irritating- window was inoperable. *Aircon unit needs maintenance and cleaning.

Our review is a mixed one. We arrived and the person who greeted us at the office was very nice. Pleasant personality and quickly brought us an extra blanket that we requested. Found the room (# 16) to have been remodeled and clean. We became reluctant to stay at this Inn because of the 'atmosphere' just outside our room later in the night (MJ smoking by others), We were also not able to get internet service, and the night attendance did not know how to help us. Disappointing. In the morning (and all 3 mornings we were there) we were not able to shower since there was no hot water. Not a good experience at all, obviously. This location appears to not be for vacationing travelers but rather for weekly and long-term tenants who are not able to secure permanent housing at the time they need housing. The long-term residents were very kind to us, and the grounds keeper was especially welcoming.

Floors were very dirty. Friend got a room that smell like cigarettes ( it was supposed to be non-smoking). He was given a different room when he complained. The vent in the bathroom was very noisy. Otherwise is convenient and affordable. The motel was renovated. Beds were good.

This was a great experience. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean everything smelled. I love the little sitting areas outside around the property and that staff made check-in easy and without any problems. I would for sure go back to this place again!

Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms was very clean and bed was just right. The outdoor area was great for all 9 in our group. The pool was still warm, so the kids enjoyed that while we were seated close by the fire pit.
