Excellent property with nice outdoor recreation area including pools, volleyball, and direct access to the beach. The room was very clean, well-appointed and comfortable. There were plenty of purchase options for snacks, drinks, and beach needs. Will definitely return to this place!

My only hang up was getting an accessible room, that I made sure I didn’t select. Just letting the guest know before reaching their room if there was a change would have been courteous. But a good room nonetheless.

Family Trip to Pensacola Beach

My stay was fine. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great with different choices every morning. The only issue I had was getting into the parking lot when I arrived. A room key is required to lift gate. I pressed the button to call into front desk and was hung up on. I had to call from my cell phone to have someone let me in after giving my name. Other guests behind me in line while checking in were complaining about the same thing. Better instructions at the gate would be helpful.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom had some mold around the bottom of the shower. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just ok. I have never been at a hotel that charged you a parking fee. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

It was easy access to the beach, the staff was friendly, they had a variety of snacks/drinks in the lobby to purchase which my kids loved. I think the only negative thing for me is there is a parking fee each day to park in the gated parking lot of the hotel.

The Whole experience was average. I'm unsure of the property's age, but it looks run-down and worn out. Other than the gentleman who helped us check in Jim, the rest of the staff seemed miserable to be there. They roll their eyes if you ask for something during breakfast. Shampoo and conditioner bottles are empty, low on towels etc. Overall, would not stay there again for the price.

The breakfast was very good, large variety of things to choose from. The breakfast staff was excellent when they ran out of anything, very fast. Very good drinks at the tiki bar. The only reason that i didn't give it an excellent rating is it was noisy very early in the morning due to meeting across from our room. Doors were slamming prior to 7 AM. Also, I didnt appreciate the $15 per day parking fee.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

The front desk staff on day shift had awful customer service. He threw my ID and Debit card at me. The cleaning staff was the friendliest and most helpful. There were big roaches in our bathroom. We were there five nights. I will never book this hotel at that location again.
