Staff was nice, check in easy, spotlessly clean, location was very good for us, large room with rotating TV that can be watched from the sofa or the bed, nice desk area, awesome mattress and the pillows are the best I've ever used (wish I could buy one!). A little bit of updating is needed here and there but nothing big. We always stay there when we are in the area.
