Staff was friendly and professional. There was ample parking, and the hotel was clean. Having a few more carts to unload and load our car would have helped avoid a delay in the process.

We reserved and paid for a double queen room however, they over sold their 2 queen rooms and had none available when we arrived. My daughters had to share a full sized spring ridden couch bed. We were promised a double queen room for our second night since we had a 2 night reservation. When we went down to move our room at 3pm, we were told there were none available. The manager said she couldn’t do anything and offered no resolution other than to take my phone number.
