This was an absolutely gorgeous resort. My daughter and I enjoyed our quick one night stay on the way to Gulf Shores. Customer service was incredible. My daughter left a small but valuable purse and they immediately responded as housekeeping found it, and they arranged to ship it back to us. We are so grateful!!

Amazing Place!

This was our first stay at The Pensacola Beach Resort and we will definitely be back. The property was clean, the food was great, and the staff were all amazing. The resort wasn't too crowded and there was plenty of parking in the garage as well as the outside lot. We were able to walk to the pier, restaurants, and the boardwalk area which was nice nice when it was busy on the weekend.

This is my new favorite hotel. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the staff is incredible and treats you like family, the accommodations are clean and calming. This changed my mind on where I would like to travel every year in the future. I will be back many more times.

Great resort with beautiful beaches

This property was the Old Margaritaville... But the new property was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went in the off season, so there was plenty of parking and the beach was beautiful. Rooms and hallways were clean. The food there was above average. Highly recommend eating there. The Dirty Martini pasta was delicious. The heated pool was beautiful.

Awesome stay

We had a great time. This hotel is top notch and I highly recommend it. Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was very good. Great location. The view from balcony off the room was fantastic.

Nice view

This was a nice hotel not a far walk from all the restaurants, there’s no hot tub and the pool is small. They also have no microwaves on site.
