This place is beautiful, very very close to the water and the pool is heated( no jacuzzi) and they have a nice gym. The beds were amazing ( high off the ground though ) we wanted to try room service but there wasnt enough space to eat. No couch or counters. You do have a small work table. There's no microwave in the rooms and you cant use the ones on the main floor. Theres also no washing machines in this resort that guests can use. I found one 1 mile away ( beach laundry ) Overall a beautiful place with great beds on the beach, just lacking a few basic amenities in my opinion
Short walk to the sand. You can rent 2 chairs and a umbrella for $50 a day. They also have kyacks to rent

I stayed at the Pensacola beach customer service was excellent but I am VERY disappointed with the a/c being completely out my fiancé and I sweated all night long we were not able to get any sleep we sat on the balcony to get some cool air it felt better being outside than In the hotel room we did not enjoy inside due to hot conditions we understand that things happen but we did not enjoy our stay like we expected to

Location is great! This is where it mostly ends…our room was never cleaned for the week we were there, even after leaving the card on a pillow to change the sheets that were full of sand, we came back to a made bed but not fresh sheets. Shower was not cleaned. You could smell that they sprayed chemicals in it but tons of sand in the shower from previous stay. Hot water was hit or miss. No way to log into streaming apps on tv and they have just basic cable. If you plan to watch tv at night then you’ll be left with your phone or tablet. Internet super slow as well. The good: good location, private beach is a plus, about 3/4 mile walk to most shopping/eating spots. Parking garage (free). In my opinion, I actually think the holiday inn next door would’ve been a better choice for us. Your results may vary. Overall, it is a nice place but lacking in a lot of areas and not worth the price.

We loved our stay!! We would definitely come back. The front desk staff was so welcoming and informative. Scott offered bell hop services and was very helpfu! The beach was beautiful and pretty quiet this weekend. The pool was very nice and clean. The tiki bar served great drinks! The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a huge shower. My only complaint would be that the shower had a little mold. We can’t wait to come back one day!

The moment we stepped into the Pensacola Beach Resort, the view to the ocean was so inviting, as were the front desk staff. The hotel is beautiful, but what makes the stay extra special is the staff`. They are considerate, kind, and service oriented. They willingly share suggestions for restaurants or places to visit. In the dining area (Windrose), Zac and another female server (very bubbly personality and I'm sorry I cannot remember her name right now!) were so kind and conscientious. It was like having your own personal friends working with us. Our room was more than satisfactory, the bed was very comfortable and the balcony facing the ocean was so relaxing. We definitely hope to visit Pensacola again and will stay at the Pensacola Beach Resort!

Room had trash in it when we arrived also was suposed to have a bay view it was blocked by the owning at the front of the hotel they gave us a free breakfast voucher which was flavorless highly disappointing
