I fell in love with this place right as I drove up onto the property. It's beautiful inside the lobby so the first impression was a great one. It's RIGHT on the water with it's own beach area and a lovely pool! There are a few restaurants on the property (which can use some vegan and vegetarian options) but that's really my only knock. Tons of parking, a two story garage as well as a parking lot so no need to worry about that. The room is big and beautiful. I had a room facing the Gulf and it has a patio so you can just sit outside and enjoy the view! I will definitely be staying here EVERY time I go to Pensacola Beach!

Overall this is a nice place. The pool was nice, although it did feel like a hot tub. The windrose had good food, a little spendy. Breakfast with 2 kids and 2 adults was $100 which i though was insane for breakfast. Lunch and dinner sure...but breakfast that was high. Beach access was easy and quiet, the outdoor shower/footwash stations didnt really work they need attention. Just dribbled water. The only thing the room had was a mini fridge and a coffee machine. A microwave would have went a long ways for reheating leftover food for the kiddos. Again, id stay there again, probably without the kids.

It was a wonderful experience. I do want to say the waiter zac at the restaurant was wonderful. The other waitress I had was Sam and she was lovely as well. The outdoor tiki bar by the pool the staff was so friendly and nice. The front desk staff very helpful. This location is hands down the best place I have stayed in Florida! The executive suite was amazing and had the best views, access to beach, and amenities around! I don’t normally eat at hotel restaurants because they are disgusting and normally over priced. The Windrose is a guarantee Five-star place to eat and well worth the price!! The pool area was exactly what you need to relax and still get the feel of staying on the beach. I didn’t get to use the spa service but definitely trying that next time. The staff were very professional and friendly. We love this hotel and are definitely looking forward to coming back soon!!!
