Staff is excellent. The grounds are clean. The room was clean but old and not well maintained. Way too expensive for the quality of the room. I’m so surprised that they require a $100 deposit that I won’t get back for 5 days to stay in this.

The mold and mildew around the bathtub and drain stopper was broken. The door out to the pool area was very difficult to open and there was a big whole in the faux grass on the patio.

Quiet, convenient location around food places and Walmart. The staff was really friendly, the rooms doesn’t have the best lighting, just the table top lamps. The inside looks better than the outside. Overall 7/10, would stay here again.

Upon arrival, the condition of the hotel hallways was extremely disappointing. The carpets were visibly worn, stained with spoiled food spots, and appeared unfit for continued use. Entering the room, it was immediately clear that cleanliness and maintenance were lacking. Mold and mildew were present throughout the bathroom—on the ceiling, walls, and shower area—making it feel unsafe and unhealthy. The carpet in the room was very old and appeared to contain mold, contributing to an uncomfortable and concerning environment. Both the shower and sink drains were extremely slow, further adding to the poor experience. While the front desk agents were friendly and welcoming, the condition of the room and hotel facilities overshadowed their hospitality. The blow dryer in the room was outdated and appeared unstable, making it feel unsafe to use. Additionally, the fixtures throughout the room were beyond their usable lifespan and should not be in operation, especially by U.S. standards. The breakfast area was spacious but not well-maintained or cleaned, which detracted from the overall experience. Overall, the stay felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The conditions in the room made it difficult to sleep or feel at ease. I would not recommend this property without major renovations and a thorough deep cleaning.

It was ok great staff we arrived on a Thursday and the pool was out the entire time we was there 2 days before we checked out the pool was up and running but we was there for 8 days its the middle of the summer and no pool the price we paid was for the pool and Bayview is not such a Bayview the trees hiding the view

This property is in a great spot by the bay if you are wanting to be close to amenities. However, upon booking I was charged before arrival which warranted distrust from them. On a separate note, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and I found trash under the bed from the previous guest that wasn't cleaned, stains on the linens indicating they weren't laundered and I also spotted a small bug on the other bed I didn't sleep on. The pool also was not working when I checked in which was the reason I chose this motel. Quality never fails me but this time it did. There are other motels that I'm sure have better standards, choose something else. You've been warned.
