Booked room several weeks in advance and was switched rooms without prior notification was given a queen instead of a king suite and told the price was the same. Room was not up-to standards, there were roaches and ants in the kitchen area and bathroom, the pool area was trashed (beer bottles amd other garbage).

Ceiling is patchy in the bedroom and has some mold in the bathroom, hinges are rusted, doors hangil crooked, floor is uneven, and bedsheets had brownish-red stains on them.
Beyond my expectations, considering my experiences at other Red Roof hotels. I did have some issues with the staff: someone made a noise complaint and blamed us while I was sleeping. I guess it's hard to tell where sounds come from in some buildings, so I didn't take it personally, but it did interrupt my sleep. Apart from that, everything was okay.
Traveling through to Florida and we arrive quite late. Staff was friendly and helpful, very informative, and the rooms were incredibly cold. Their is no question that their air conditioners work.
Hotel property is old and very dirty. It should be remodeled and upgraded. Very dirty floor and bathroom. Terrible smell in the room. Blanket was smelling like urine.

Was traveling to help my sister move from Florida to Arkansas. We were exhausted and needed to rest. Location was convenient and the staff was very good including the maintenance man he was very friendly and helpful too.
Hotel was very dirty, poor condition, we stayed for 5 nights, wpuld have moved but too hard with puppies. Room never cleaned once, had to ask for towels after turning in dirty ones at the front desk.
