Damage Fees????
Hotel would not take a Cash App Card for incidentals...no problem. Our employee gave them the $100 cash for the incidentals.
At checkout the next morning...he was delayed leaving until someone at the hotel went to the room and look for any damages!
What? What type of customers stay here?
The staff were friendly but hotel was not as mentioned in reviews. Our company will skip this Hotel for a while for our employees stays when our company is in this area.
Our room, 325 was far from the WiFi. To have any access I had to sit in the breakfast room.
I was told by the front desk, multiple times, that they would tell the manager. Whoever this person was I never saw in the 7 days my family and I were there.
One day, while sitting in the breakfast room, I overheard a father and his young son complain about the WiFi. They were offered another room closer to the front desk. I was never given such an offer.
There should be grab bars in the bathroom.
Checked in late at night, beds were very comfortable, had issues with the TV, employees were extremely nice, couple of water bugs in the room, overall great experience
Some things need to be addressed like the side doors being able to be opened without the keycard. They're not working properly and the owner or manager should address. Other than that I guess im just not that picky. Rooms were clean, everything in there functioned as they should, King size bed, TVs....5 stars
