Don’t usually do these. The outside was clean. The room was not. It had a damp smell. The furniture was soiled and sticky. The worst was the small roaches in the kitchenette, we left all the food and drink just in case it had been contaminated. We won’t be returning!

We just loved this Boujee little Inn. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing!! The Inn was close to anything you wanted to do. You could walk anywhere. Would highly recommend!!

Avoiding Milton
Was escaping Tampa FL ahead of hurricane Milton. Is a nice quiant older property on the edge of downtown. Walking distance to a lot of bars, restaurants and unique shops. Very friendly staff. Could use a facelift. Would I stay there again? Probably if it was just me, on amenities.

Great staff. Old time building reasonably restored. Location is fantastic. The blinds didn't close all the way so people walking past could see into the room. Roach in the bathroom upon my arrival. The breakfast provided is prepackaged junk food breakfast. Basically snacks for the drive after checking out. The staff and the location are excellent. But the rest was a disappointment or adequate

Perfect location, can walk to all the restaurant’s, Bars and shops! We will stay there again for sure! Staff was all very friendly and helpful. They offer a complimentary happy hour in the evening for guest with beer, wine and snacks. 1st time I have ever had that!
